I’ve spent seventeen years working in luxury hospitality across multiple countries. My path has taken me through Guest Relations, Front Office, Operational Excellence, and service standards. But beyond the roles and responsibilities, what has always fascinated me is the emotional dimension of hospitality, the invisible layer that shapes every experience.
